  Gwen, our Director of Production, will be presenting at Beer-Con this year. She’ll be talking about barrels and barrel aging; how we blend, the surprises, the mysteries, the success and the failures, wild yeast and bugs involved.

  She will be presenting on Saturday August 24th from 3:25pm-4:25pm.
