Favorite Part about working in the Beer Industry?
My favorite part of working in the beer industry is how connected everyone within the industry is. It’s like one big sick, yet awesome family.
Favorite Lost Abbey / Port Brewing Beer?
I have a serious weakness for Inferno and Shark Attack. I am totally hooked on that stuff-I don’t think we are at the point where we should be concerned, but it’s getting there. Also, I am fairly certain Inferno has “healing capabilities”, and Shark Attack is delicious and dangerous all at the same time.
Favorite Pastime to enjoy a beer?
My favorite past time that beer should always be included in is specifically fire related. For instance, beer should always be involved when sitting around a bonfire, or camping. Fire+Beer=what could go wrong?
What’s your best story about your family?
One of my favorite family stories is when I was in junior high I beat up some kid because he was being a creepy junior high aged boy. And when my principle called my parents in the effort to shame me for “not using my words” (or some bull crap like that), my parents told her to relay the message to me that they were very proud of me. In a nutshell, I love that story because it summarizes how wild I am as well as how awesome my family is.
What’s your ultimate dinner? Picture the dinner they would serve on death row… no restrictions..
My ultimate last meal would have to be sushi…all the sushi…I want it all inside my body.
A little bit more about Kelsey:
I was lucky enough to kind of stumble into this role at Lost Abbey. I genuinely love this crazy place and the people in it. I am completely thankful and spoiled to be apart of this team. Also, I have a 2 and a half year old named Gunnar. And he is the coolest-ask anyone.
